Correct Way To Drink Water

There are six points that must be adhered to when drinking water.

  1. Drink a glass of water first thing in morning before brushing or any other activity.
  2. Drink a glass of water at least 30 minutes before lunch or dinner.
  3. Never drink water while eating food.
  4. Never drink cold water.
  5. Never gulp water. Sip water slowly.
  6. Drink a glass of water just before going to slip.
